Looking for recommendations on great shows

Just wrapped up our last show, and now I'm on the hunt for something fresh to dive into. I really appreciate solid storytelling and characters that you can connect with. Doesn't need to be a brand new release—I'll take anything that's truly worth my time. I'm open to all genres, and it'd be a bonus if it's easy to find on one of the big streaming platforms. Any must-watch suggestions?
