2018 Elantra GT front running light out

I have this 2018 Elantra GT which I just recently bought secondhand. The front passenger-side turn signal works fine when blinking, but it doesn't stay on like a running light when the headlights are on. I'm not sure what happened and can't figure it out until now, I already swapped in the bulb and socket from the driver side... I got the same result. The blinker flashes but just that. Nothing consistent. What to do? What am I missing out? TIA.

Sounds like the running light circuit isn't getting power or ground on that side. Since the bulb and socket swap didn't help, I say try to check the wiring harness and ground points near the headlight, see if there's a broken wire or corroded connector.

It could be a wiring issue or a problem with the daytime running light module or fuse considering you already swapped the bulbs and socket sand nothing changed, check the fuses related to running lights and see if any wiring harness connectors near that corner are loose or corroded.

I suspect the same as @Diamonds.
The fact that the blinker works but the running light doesn't points to a wiring or fuse issue.
I'd check the fuses first, maybe there's a specific fuse for the running lights that's blown on that side.
It could also be a ground wire issue somewhere in the harness leading to that light.
