I just got a 2020 Elantra with the Premium trim and one of the reasons I chose it was for blind spot collision warning (BCW).. But now that I have the car, that feature doesnt seem to work. Does it need to be turned on in the settings, or is it only available on the Limited trim? I've only driven it a short distance, so just trying to figure out what I'm missing.

BCW should be on the Premium trim, but check your settings menu, sometimes it's off by default, and also it may not activate at low speeds.

From what I know the Premium trim does include BCW, but it might just need to be activated in the settings. Try going to Driver Assistance Blind-Spot Safety in the menu and make sure it's set to Warning Only instead of Off. The mirror light should blink for a few seconds when it's on. Let us know if that helps!

Yes, the 2020 Elantra Premium trim does include Blind-Spot Collision Warning and even the Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Warning.
It's not exclusive to the Limited trim.
If you've just driven a short distance, it's possible it just needs to be turned on.
If what @chocolate-churro88's suggestion about checking your settings didn't work, try looking for a physical button to the left of the steering wheel to toggle it on or off.
