Having issues resetting the oil timer

I have a 2021 Elantra 2.0L and I've been experiencing issues with oil timer reset. This is already my third time doing this. No issues the 1st & 2nd time around it was a piece of cake... But now it's not working even though I followed the same steps. How to diagnose this?

That's weird, I've done that who knows how many times (yes, I drive a lot) and it works like a charm every time. You're going through the settings menu, right?

Try holding the OK button a little longer when you're on the oil service screen, maybe the system is lagging or isn't registering the input right away. Also the car has to be in accessory mode too or not fully on or running.
